Bibigo Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 Packs Bibigo Cooked Sticky White Rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 green onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Peel the film of the Bibigo cooked sticky white rice to the dotted line. Then microwave on high for 90 seconds. Fluff the rice with a rice paddle and set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
- In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
- Then pour in the beaten eggs and quickly stir fry the eggs until softly scrambled, about 1 minute.
- Push the eggs to the side and add the Bibigo cooked sticky white rice, soy sauce, salt, green onion and sesame oil.
- Quickly toss until everything is combined and the eggs are fully cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately.
