Bibigo Egg Fried Rice

  1. Peel the film of the Bibigo cooked sticky white rice to the dotted line. Then microwave on high for 90 seconds. Fluff the rice with a rice paddle and set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
  3. Then pour in the beaten eggs and quickly stir fry the eggs until softly scrambled, about 1 minute.
  4. Push the eggs to the side and add the Bibigo cooked sticky white rice, soy sauce, salt, green onion and sesame oil.
  5. Quickly toss until everything is combined and the eggs are fully cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately.
