Korean-Style Hot Dogs
Ingredients
HOT DOGS:
Hot Dog Buns
Various toppings such as:
Kimchee
Cheddar Cheese
Thinly Sliced Perilla Leaves
Cabbage Slaw (see below for recipe)
CABBAGE SLAW:
1/4 head Red cabbage, thinly julienned
4 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons bibigo™ Go-Chu-Jang Hot & Sweet Sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons juice from kimchee
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
- Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper as needed.
