Mini Wonton Corn Cheese
Ingredients
10 Bibigo Mini Wontons
Neutral cooking oil
1 can corn, drained
1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon salted butter
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- Preheat the oven to broil to 450˚F.
- In a medium skillet, heat a layer of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the mini wontons in a single layer and cook on each side until golden brown about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the kewpie mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and corn until combined.
- In a cast iron, melt the butter and add the corn. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
- Mix in the mozarella cheese and top with the pan fried mini wontons and broil for 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
