Mini Wonton Corn Cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to broil to 450˚F.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat a layer of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the mini wontons in a single layer and cook on each side until golden brown about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the kewpie mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and corn until combined.
  4. In a cast iron, melt the butter and add the corn. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
  5. Mix in the mozarella cheese and top with the pan fried mini wontons and broil for 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
