SOBABA™ Chicken Po’ Boy’
Ingredients
bibigo™ SOBABA™ Chicken – 4 oz
French bread hoagie – 1 each
English cucumber, sliced thin – 4-6 slices
Tomatoes, sliced thin – 3-4 slices
Pickle chips – 4-5 chips
Iceberg lettuce, shredded – ½ cup
Hot and Sweet Gochujang Mayo
bibigo™ Hot and Sweet Gochujang Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise – ¼ cup
Scallions, minced – 1 tablespoon
- Follow the cooking instructions on the packaging for SOBABA™ Chicken
- While the chicken is cooking, mix mayonnaise ingredients in a bowl
- Slice the bread and toast until it is crispy on the
outside and soft in the middle - To assemble: Spread mayo on both sides of bread, put shredded lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, and pickles on the bottom bread. Add SOBABA™ Chicken on top.
- Close the sandwich and firmly press down and enjoy!
